Read the full story → About the measures. The composite averages six Extraversion facets. The latent score adjusts for cross-country differences in how questionnaire response scales are used.
Common-SNP rule. Every country within the selected map uses one exact set of 192 SNPs. The two datasets are standardized separately, so compare geographical patterns rather than absolute z values between tabs.
Country-composition rule. Named Indigenous-minority and genetic-isolate panels are excluded from national averages. Thus Brazil excludes Karitiana and Suruí; Italy excludes Sardinian and the CAR, FVG and VBI isolate cohorts.
Aggregate-WGS Mexico uses its dedicated national panel. In the individual-level map, MXL is used only in the sample-size-weighted ASW–CEU–MXL USA composite.
